ACCOUNT/ORDER
In order to make a purchase from this Web site, a customer must first complete the account form. During account creation, a customer is required to give contact information (such as name, shipping address, phone number and email address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) on the order form. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer.

INFORMATION USE
PROFILE: We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our customers. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual customers that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the customers personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the customer. This profile is used to tailor a customers visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We DO NOT share your profile with anyone!

COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the customers computer tied to information about the customer. LOG FILES
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track customers movement for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking utility called Webalizer that uses log files to analyze customer movement.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE
When you visit AnimeVilla.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Our customers are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our Create Profile form has an opt-out mechanism so customers who buy a product from us, but dont want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.

Customers who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by checking the unsubscribe box in their personal information account or email us at sales@animevilla.com.

Customers of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our customers can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

From time-to-time our site requests information from customers via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the customer therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
